! We have several favorites that we prepare often and, to get you started, I've included a few below. My husband, Peter Clarke (or Desmond) owned a local take-out restaurant in Negril for years. (Pete's Jerk Centre). Living in Michigan most of the year, we often have trouble obtaining some of the ingredients. Many of the Jamaican spices, and most of the meats and produce can be found in local Caribbean and Hispanic grocery stores. For those you can't find locally try some of the great sources online. Don't forget to make a shopping list for your next trip to Jamaica! Below the recipes section, I've included links to our favorite online grocers (Sam's and West Indian Shop)!
