Free Jamaican Recipesfrom our visitors!We have received many requests from our readers for free Jamaican recipes, especially Jamaican chicken recipes! We have several favorites that we prepare often and, to get you started, I've included a few below. My husband, Peter Clarke (or Desmond) owned a local take-out restaurant in Negril for years. (Pete's Jerk Centre). Living in Michigan most of the year, we often have trouble obtaining some of the ingredients. Many of the spices, and most of the meats and produce can be found in local Caribbean and Hispanic grocery stores. For those you can't find locally try some of the great sources online.
