I always remember as a child eating my dads or my grandmothers cooking, and oxtail was one of my favorites. I, myself love to cook, but I am self taught, therefore, I've had to search for recipes in cookbooks or online, and both routes can sometimes be very dissapointing.....until now!!! This recipe is amazing!! The only thing I did different was use beef broth instead of water, and instead of chopping the onions up and tossing them in with the meat, I marinated the meat, browned it, than fried the onions in the same pan for a few minutes, than tossed them in the slow cooker with the meat and remaining ingredients...and voila! Thanks again for this amazing recipe guys!!
