Negril Escape
Negril Escape (formerly Mariners Inn) is a nice budget hotel on the cliffs of the West End in Negril Jamaica. There are 52 rooms divided into ten 2-story cottages. Each cottage is decorated in one of 10 exotic themes and almost all the rooms have spectacular views of the Caribbean sea. This resort needs some updating and seems a little worse for the wear. 
Everything is nice and clean and the staff will go out of their way to make you feel welcome. In fact, it has that "home away from home" feeling with plenty of repeat clients.
There is an optional all-inclusive plan for meals, but you might miss trying out the other local restaurants. Floyd will pick you up at the airport, or take you to see the local attractions.
Room amenities include; kitchenettes, 1 & 2 bedroom suites and inter-connecting rooms. Free Shuttle to Negril's Famous 7 - Mile Beach and Negril Beach Club where there is a restaurant & bar, restrooms, beach chairs, swimming pool, a shower a dive shop, and gift/souvenir shops.Hotel on Cliffs (52 Rooms) The pool is right at the edge of the cliff with a beautiful view of the sea. Snorkeling is convenient and the reef is just off shore. I saw lots of colorful fish and some turtles too.
This is a nice quiet budget resort, with lots of personality, tucked away from the non-stop action of the beach. Students, couples and those looking for a nice budget hotel will surely appreciate this one.
