One thing you’ll need, is the services of an experienced wedding planner. Many large resorts have experienced wedding planners in-house. They will take care of every detail and can suggest the little extras to make your ceremony really special. Hotels and resorts offer a wide range pre-packaged weddings, choose from basic simplicity, very extravagant or anything in between.

Mrs. Isabelle Stewart, is an experienced Negril wedding planner and co-coordinator. She can arrange weddings at many hotels in Negril. If you hotel or resort does not have a coordinator in-house, contact Isabelle. She is available to arrange all aspects of your wedding or renewal of vows. You can choose from a wide variety of services offered and costs will range from $300 on up. You will want to contact her with as much notice as possible as she only accepts one wedding per week.

Some all-inclusive resorts like Sandals Negril and Superclub’s Hedonism II and Grand Lido Negril offer complimentary weddings. Go for the convenience of an all-inclusive resort, choose a smaller more intimate hotel, or arrange a private villa for your wedding party and guests. It's up to you!

When your guests are not busy with scheduled wedding activities, they will be able to occupy themselves with the wide range of attractions and activities that Negril has to offer. They will love the idea of getting away to celebrate this special time with you. If you can plan your wedding during the “not so busy” off season, you’ll be able to save with lower prices! Important things to consider when planning your Negril Jamaica wedding!

Depending upon the resort, you’ll be required to arrive at least 24 hours, and sometimes more, prior to the ceremony.

No blood tests are required. Your wedding planner will need a certified copy of your birth certificates, and if you’ve been married before, notarized proof of divorce or death of your previous spouse.

Wedding planners provide all the necessary forms and instructions you’ll need to reserve your special wedding day.

Officials that preside over the ceremonies are available from most religious affiliations.

NOTE: For travel to Jamaica U.S. citizens are also required to carry passports.
