Point Village Resort Negril Jamaica is a moderate resort located on a dramatic wave-pounded coral shorline. Because it is surrounded by larger all-inclusives in a relatively isolated location, the all-inclusive option is definately the better value. This resort is located at the very end of the beach!
This resort in West End Negril Jamaica has more than a few pocket-sized coves and beaches, including a popular nude one. Three refreshing rock pools, carved from the ironshore are filled with lapping waves. Spectacular cliffs, complete with grottos, are perfect for snorkeling. Hammocks are slung between the palms and guests mke the most of the pool and whirlpool set into a raised deck.
Non-motorized watersports, a glass bottom boat tour, beach volleyball and one lighted tennis court keep the guests busy. Take advantage of the free scuba clinic in the pool, but if you want go scuba diving it is extra. A social staff gets things going with dance classes and party themes. There is even a Disco. Supervised children's center with a play area is open from 8:30a-6p with babysitting available afterward at an hourly rate.
Accommodations are spacious and consist of studios, suites and apartments with A/C, tile floors, cable TV, telephone, kitchenette and private balcony or patio. The resort does offer a European Plan (no meals or drinks) but, again the better value lies in the all-inclusive rates. Point Village Resort Negril Jamaica delivers peace and seclusion, clean moderate accommodations, and a basic all-inclusive plan! For those looking for non-stop action and tons of ammenities, better to look elsewhere!
