Seven Mile Beach or West End Cliffs. Where should I stay in Negril?

Seven Mile Beach is without question the most beautiful beach on the island and perhaps in all of the Caribbean. Curving seven miles along Jamaica's west coast, it features a white sand beach that seems to go above and beyond the highest expectations.

You'll find never-ending action on the beach -- water sports by day and restaurants and night clubs by night! The water is warm and clear. The sand is white and powdery. The beach is wide and perfect for walking or jogging. Walk along this famous beach and stop for a cool drink, a bite to eat, or shop for the perfect gift to bring home. It's all here! Right on the beach!

Negril Cliffs (West End Negril) is the perfect place to escape to secluded hideaways!

Relax and sunbathe on decks carved out of the cliffs, view famous sunsets from high rocky perches, explore natural caves and swim in the turquoise sea below. Climb down a ladder or jump from the cliffs.

Visitors and locals alike gather on the Negril cliffs, drink in hand, to watch the glorious sunsets. They are so beautiful that they often draw applause from the crowd.

The beach isn't the only place to find night life. West End Negril has many fine restaurants and night spots. The Reggae beat literally vibrates the cliffs with it's hypnotic beat.

Water sports are readily available as well. You'll be able to snorkel off the rocky caves of the West End or para sail--flying 40 feet above the emerald sea.
