New Lagoon Cottages

All cottages have living room, dining area, kitchen and air conditioned bedrooms with Queen beds. With all the 11 cottages there are a total of 18 bedrooms sleeping up to 36 people.

-Christmas- Dec 18-Jan 5 Cottage 1, 2 and 3 (All 1 Bedroom) - These are all 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a small balcony.

Cottage 4 (2 Bedroom) - This is an Adobe style cottage has 2 bedrooms and two baths.
Rates: Peak $420 / Off Peak $350 / Christmas $480

Cottage 6 (2 Bedrooms) - This is a Thai looking cottage with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. At the front you have all fold back louvered hand made doors. The cottage has a beautiful open spaced living room with adobe styled couches and wonderful outdoor showers. Extra large kitchen.

Cottage 7 (2 Bedroom) - This is 2 bedroom cottage with two bathrooms. This cottage has a large downstairs living room with an atrium and swing chair. The cottage has one loft bedroom and a bedroom downstairs. Large dining area with kitchen.

Cottage 8 (1 Bedroom-Down) - This is one cottage but with 2 units(known as 8 and 9). The downstairs unit is one bedroom large honeymoon suite. It has a large king bed in the center, with a kitchen and living area all in one. The bathroom has a large roman type tub. Very airy and nice unit for 2 people.

Cottage 9 (2 Bedroom-Up) - is in this same structure but is upstairs. This unit has 2 bedrooms, high vaulted ceilings in the living room and two bathrooms.

Cottage 10 (2 Bedroom) - This cottage is next to the pool and has 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, living room and kitchen with outside nook for sitting. Also has a large hardwood deck which faces the pool with Adirondack chairs.

Cottage 11 (1 Bedroom) - This cottage is above the pool. It is a 1 bedroom suite with kitchen, small living room and a bathroom. It also has a very nice sized balcony overlooking the entire pool area.

All rates are per night and are in US$. 3 night minimum stay. Maximum of 2 guests per bedroom. A surcharge of $75 per night will be applied to guests exceeding 2 per bedroom. A 20% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Two months prior to arrival a 2nd deposit of 30% with balance of 50% due in Jamaica. Deposit becomes non-refundable if the reservation is not canceled 4 weeks prior to arrival. Rates are subject to change.
